[ Sourcing Capabilities ]

Disciplined Sourcing

Minerva Pharmatrade Pvt Ltd doesn't run a production line — we run a sourcing process. Our capability lies in identifying licensed manufacturing partners, verifying what they produce, and coordinating supply so our customers can rely on consistent availability.

  • Manufacturer identification and due diligence before any new partnership begins
  • Verification of applicable licences and product documentation prior to onboarding
  • Approved supply agreements with clearly defined specifications
  • Ongoing monitoring of partner licence and compliance status
  • Batch-level documentation review (specifications, COAs) ahead of every shipment
  • A procurement team trained to follow consistent, documented sourcing procedures
  • Periodic review of supplier documentation and performance

[ Quality Verification ]

Verification, Not In-House Testing

To be transparent: Minerva Pharmatrade Pvt Ltd does not operate its own testing laboratory. Our quality verification work centers on reviewing the documentation our manufacturing partners are required to provide, and coordinating independent testing when a situation calls for it.

  • Documentation-Based Verification – Reviewing Certificates of Analysis, specifications and manufacturer test reports for the batches we trade.
  • Third-Party Testing Coordination – Engaging accredited independent laboratories for spot checks when required.
  • Regulatory Awareness – Staying current on the USFDA, WHO-GMP and domestic regulatory expectations that our manufacturing partners are held to.
  • Complaint Handling – Escalating any product quality complaint we receive back to the manufacturing partner for investigation.

We'd rather be upfront about what we verify on paper versus what happens on someone else's factory floor.

[ Logistics & Distribution ]

Coordinated Logistics

Getting a verified product to the right buyer, intact and on time, is its own discipline. We coordinate closely with warehousing and freight partners to keep shipments moving and traceable.

  • Warehousing & Storage Coordination – Working with partners who meet manufacturer-specified storage requirements
  • Dispatch & Shipment Tracking – Keeping visibility on consignments from dispatch to delivery
  • Distribution Network – Reaching pharmacies, distributors and institutional buyers across our domestic markets
  • Export-Import Coordination – Working with freight and customs agencies on cross-border shipments

None of this replaces good manufacturing — it's what happens after, to make sure that quality reaches the customer intact.
